www.fairwaterfishing.co.uk click on the link for the Order Form
Fill in the form, giving us your contact details ( name, address,
telephone number, email address etc), and stating your requirements,
including the “ORDER CODE” and QUANTITY of the items you require.
Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom, which will Email your completed form
direct to u

If there is no reply, leave your name, phone number, and requirements, and we will get back to you
as soon as possible.

METHODS OF PAYMENT |

Ways you can pay...........
1)
We accept CHEQUES or POSTAL ORDERS made payable to “FAIRWATER FISHING”
2) We accept all major CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS.
There is a Surcharge of 2% on Credit Cards. Debit Cards are Free.
3) We accept PAYPAL on small orders of £100 or less. For
larger orders we have to put a surcharge on.
4) You can pay direct to our
Bank. Bank charges apply.
We will send you full details of these Options once we have received your
Order.......

ORDER ACCEPTANCE |
|

|

Once we have received your ORDER, we will get back to you straight away
and confirm the TOTAL COST.
We will also give you details of your Payment Options.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will arrange shipment of the
goods.
Ex stock items will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days.
For orders which require to be made up specially for you, we will advise
shipment date.

A) RETURNS POLICY
If
you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases once you have received
them, then you are welcome to return them within 7 working days, provided
they are unused and in mint condition.
For
non defective items returned you will be refunded the total cost less
shipping charges.
For
defective items returned, you will be refunded both the product cost and
shipping charges..

PRODUCT LIABILITY
We
cannot be held responsible for liability connected with the use of any of
our products.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damage, loss or expense
incurred by the use of our products.

By supplying this information, you consent to its use in order for us

We endeavour to fully protect all the information you provide. It will
not be disclosed to any third parties.
On completion of your order, any financial details you provide ( eg
credit card information) will be deleted from our files.
We will however retain contact details to facilitate future order
processing, and to communicate with you on matters relating to new
products or developments etc..
